We want to thank SSKnits (Joan) for her prize donation for the Mother Bear KAL.  She is donating a pattern of the winner's choice from her Ravelry Store and Knit Figures, her newly designed knitting app!

* a potluck dish to share

* Whatever you would like to drink (wine is available for purchase)

Come and join us!

Tracie has cast-on:

  • Weekend Cowl by Liz Capik in Miss Babs Yummy 2-ply  in the Dahlia colorway
  • Just Autumn Cowl by Janina Bottger in Becoming Art Fingering - to the right is a picture of the yarn as it looked in the skein and then wound into a cake.  What a difference!

Barb and Tracie reviewed Annetarsia Knits: a New Link to Intarsia by Anne Berk. It is a beautiful book featuring a new technique invented by Anne for easy intarsia knitting in the round.

To win an autographed hardbound copy of Annetarsia Knits: a New Link to Intarsia, please go to our Ravelry Group thread, "Win Annetarsia Knits" and tell us about any type of colorwork that you have done in the past.  This contest will close on June 31st.  You must be a member of the group to win.
